With our QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds, you will enjoy our most personalized listening experience, with CustomTune technology and our best earbud noise cancellation, audio quality, and voice pickup. In addition, you’ll have access to our highest quality features, including customizable listening modes, Spotify Tap, SimpleSync (for use with compatible Bose soundbars/speakers), Snapdragon Sound, and Google Fast Pair (for compatible Android devices).

Our QuietComfort Earbuds offer a great everyday listening experience, with sound that is powerful, not precious, and feature excellent noise cancellation. In addition, with our QuietComfort Earbuds you get customizable shortcuts and voice command via the Bose QCE app.

The Bose QCE app has been designed to work with our Bose QuietComfort Earbuds. With this app you get the same standard features of the Bose App: EQ adjustment, adjustable ANC, Voice Assistant, Tap Control Customization, Custom Product Naming, Update Notifications; plus, additional features including: Listening & Call Battery Prediction, Remote Selfie, and Voice Command.

Smart calls refer to several features of the QuietComfort Earbuds:

  • Voice Commands: Answer/reject phone calls through voice control.
  • Side Tones: Hear yourself speak on calls or in-game chats with adjustable voice amplification. This can be turned on or off in the Smart Calls feature card of the Bose QCE app.
  • Activate Announce Calls: This allows you to hear the caller’s name whenever you get a call. Directions to enable are in the Smart Calls feature card of the Bose QCE app.
  • Touch Controls: Touch Controls for calls can be customized in the Smart Calls feature card of the Bose QCE app.

When enabled, Voice ID allows you to calibrate your headphones to your own unique voice to improve performance and accuracy of Voice Control. To set up Voice ID, select Start Calibration in the Voice Control feature card of the Bose QCE app. This will walk you through a quick process to set up Voice ID. After calibrating Voice ID you can choose to enable or disable Voice ID in the Bose QCE app.

Single tap, double tap, triple tap, and press and hold are all configurable buttons in the Bose QCE app. This can be done through the Touch Controls feature card or within specific product setting feature cards.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds have voice control available in the Bose QCE app. The app needs to be opened, but can be in the background, to use the voice control. Voice control can be used to:

Play and pause music
Skip forward
Skip back
Increase and decrease volume
Change noise control setting
Change spatial audio setting
Take a photo
Access native voice assistant
Answer and end phone calls

Yes, you can use either the left or right bud independently for listening or for phone calls. Controls on your bud will remain as when you are using both buds, and any shortcuts you have set will remain as you have set them. For optimal noise cancelling performance, both buds should be used together.

Yes. You can use a compatible third-party wireless charger (not provided) to charge the case.

When the earbuds are not in the case and the case is not plugged in, the LED colour indicates the charging case battery status:

Solid green (5 seconds): high charge (81 – 100%)
Solid amber (5 seconds): medium charge (30 – 80%)
Solid red (5 seconds): low charge (1 – 29%)

When the earbuds are in the case, but the case is not plugged in, the LED colour indicates the earbuds’ battery status:

Solid green (5 seconds): fully charged
Slowly pulses amber (5 seconds): charging

Yes. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds have an adaptive microphone system that allows you to use them during calls when connected to any smartphone. In addition to traditional calls, the earbuds work with many apps that use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), such as Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime. The microphone system adapts to your environment to isolate your voice from competing background noises and wind. In addition, self-voice (adjustable in the Bose QCE app settings) allows you to hear yourself naturally, as if you weren’t wearing earbuds at all, so you can monitor the volume of your voice and minimize the effects of speaking while wearing earbuds.

The eartips on the QuietComfort Earbuds and QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are interchangeable, but the stability bands are not due to differences in the mechanical design.

You can use your QuietComfort Earbuds to take a selfie once configured via the Bose QCE app. In the Remote Selfie feature card in the Bose QCE app you can choose to take a photo while wearing your earbuds through voice control and/or by updating one of the gestures. If using voice commands, open your camera app and say “Hey Headphones, Take Photo” and your phone will snap a photo. If using a customized touch control, do this gesture while the camera app is open to take the photo.

Instructions can also be found in the Bose QCE app when you select the Remote Selfie feature card.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds can be connected to a Bose soundbar or speaker as a SimpleSync device; however, they have not been fully optimized for a seamless audio and video Bluetooth connection.

Ratings and Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like them! This product is excellent and I love it so far. Very simple to use and light weight. The controls are very responsive and the awareness mode amplifies your surroundings so you can actually hear what's happening around you. I'm very happy with these and they look and fit great right out the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in class Typical of Bose, the quality, comfort and sound are superb. These are the first earbuds I’ve had that don’t fall out of my ears at random, and I suspect it’s because of the two points of adjustable fitment (ear canal and outer “dish”), which I love. These stay in my ear most of the day and often into the night, and there is no discomfort or ache from having them in for such long periods of time. The “aware” mode is fantastic and it sounds like there is some electronic amplification of the surrounding ambient noise when in aware mode that is necessitated by the nearly perfect seal these buds have in my ears when positioned correctly. Also typical of Bose quality that is on par with the zen-like silence their QC cans can achieve, is their quiet mode. And likewise, listening to music with these remains best in class. On a side-by-side test of calls with my other brands of earbuds and headphones, callers (zoom and over cell) chose these. They’ve also been problem-free pairing with my Apple ecosystem. The only two issues I’ve found are that they don’t handle high wind environments well, though to be fair, none of my other earbuds do either, and I wish there was a lanyard attachment on the case because it would make them easier to find in my bag a/o attach to something for easy grab and go. Gestures are nicely customizable and easy to remember. They charge quickly and I appreciate the additional charges stored in the case. So…these come out at the top of my line-up for me and they’re the ones I now always reach for. Well done Bose!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are powerful upgrades for everyday listening Although these share the same name as the original Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, the 2nd generation brings some notable upgrades. First off, the case design stands out—it’s smaller but slightly thicker than my QuietComfort 2 case due to the removal of the earbud stems. The new matte finish on the case is sleek, and a much-appreciated upgrade is the wireless charging feature, which wasn’t available on the previous model. A key change is the introduction of a dedicated app, Bose QC Earbuds, with a unique "B" and "BCE" logo. This app gives you full control over your earbud experience, offering features like: Noise Control: You can switch between Quiet, Aware, or Off modes either in the app or by voice commands. In general, noise cancellation is excellent, though I did notice that in Quiet mode, wind noise during outdoor walks seemed more pronounced. This may be because the Quiet mode reduces other sounds, making wind noise stand out more—I'll need to test it further. EQ Settings: The default EQ is set to Flat, but there are presets like Bass Boost, Treble Boost, and Custom, allowing you to fine-tune Low, Mid, and High frequencies to your liking. Touch Controls: You can customize Single, Double, and Triple Press, as well as Hold functions for each earbud, giving you complete control over your listening experience. Voice Control: Available in multiple languages (English, Chinese, German, French, and Spanish), you activate commands by saying "Hey Headphones." I had a few issues getting this to work reliably, but it might just be a learning curve. One of the standout features is Multipoint connectivity, which lets you seamlessly connect to two devices at once. Switching between my phone and computer was a breeze, which is incredibly convenient. Other useful features include Fast Mute with touch control, a remote selfie option to control your phone’s camera, and Smart Calls, allowing you to accept or reject calls, use low-latency mode for gaming or movies, and even check battery predictions for how much playtime or talk time you have left. The noise cancellation is top-notch, as expected from Bose. It’s also IPX4 water-resistant, meaning it can handle splashes and light rain—great for daily walks. The earbuds come with three sizes of silicone ear tips and stability bands to ensure a perfect fit. Battery life is solid—8.5 hours on the earbuds alone, or up to 31 hours with the charging case. Fast charging gives you 2 hours of playback with just a 20-minute charge. Overall, these 2nd-gen QuietComfort Earbuds deliver an impressive upgrade with features that rival or surpass other top brands, all while maintaining Bose’s legendary sound quality and noise cancellation. At an affordable price, these everyday earbuds are ideal for anyone, including retirees like me, who enjoy listening to music during daily walks without breaking the bank. Bose nailed it with these—Powerful, not precious, just as they promised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True Comfort A FANTASTIC feel. These really live up to the name. More comfortable than other earbuds I've had. And the Bose sound quality doesn't disappoint. It's what I've come to expect in the best possible way. Clear hi-fi with an impactfull bass that doesn't overwhelm. I've used these working out and there wasn't any issues with them in a spring environment. The noise cancelation works excellent. I normally don't recommend apps, but with these you'd totally want to get the QCE app to help better customize your buds. While I can't praise these guys enough in every category, I think the best part is the price. From the quality, I would've guessed these would cost more than double what Bose is selling them for. Which is great, because now there's an earbud on the market that's super high quality and is actually affordable. Highly recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Earbuds!!! The product is just stellar, with it being basically half the cost of airpods pros, these earbuds can be tuned to perfection to meet your audio needs, personally I use these more than my airpods now and ive not gone back. Best pick up for kids going into college who need a budget option for audio quality and ANC

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Fantastic Sound I have been a Bose wired earbud user for many, many years, as I believed that they would provide the best sound quality for my music. Well the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds definitely changed my opinion, especially for listening to music. The sound they produce is fantastic and far superior to my Bose wired earbuds (and it is nice to finally not have to worry about inadvertently catching the wires on something!). I love most genres of music and they all sound fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the full, high quality sound and deep bass for my favorite genre, progressive rock. The noise canceling feature makes listening to music substantially better by drowning out surrounding noises (but it is nice to have the ability to "turn off" the noise canceling feature when the situation merits). I appreciate the ability to adjust the fit based on your inside ear size which makes them also very comfortable to wear (I had them on for over 3 hours the other day and no discomfort at all). They are also not too clumsy looking when wearing. For the sound they produce I would have expected something a little more bulky. The touch controls on the earbuds themselves took a little getting used to, and were frustrating at first. This is in part due to the wide variety of adjustments and options available on the earbuds. Watching the "How-To" videos that Bose provides definitely helped. I also like the convenience to use voice controls to adjust volume and advance tracks. The charging case is nice, and I particularly like the way the earbuds fit snuggly and are held in place with tiny magnets (ensuring they are in the proper position for charging). Speaking of charging, I last used them for about 7 hours before I felt the need to recharge the earbuds. The Bose QC Earbuds app works great too and is necessary to take full advantage of the earbuds (e.g., the EQ feature). Just one note of warning; the app only works for iOS 15 or above. So us old-timers with an iPod Touch that can't accommodate iOS 15 and above can't install and use the app solely on the iPod (but you can still concurrently use the app on your iPhone). If you particularly enjoy listening to all types of music, I highly recommend a pair of the Bose QC Earbuds. You won't be disappointed. The sound is just simply fantastic and pure Bose!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Features! The earbuds and the QCE app are pretty amazing! I was easily able to switch the noise canceling from on to off and to their third option, which is called “Awareness”. I was also able to switch between devices very smoothly and it has the option to connect to two different devices simultaneously. You can adjust the touch and voice settings easily, as well as equalizing the base and treble. Would recommend for any music lover and multiple device user.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding product! These earbuds are loaded with state if the art features. Beginning with the fit and comfort level, I don't even realize the earbuds are still in, even after several hours. They have an extremely long battery life as well. They deliver full, rich sound whether listening to music, podcasts, or audio books. Considering music playback, the sound is even across the spectrum of lead and background vocals, and the instrumentation blends seamlessly without diminishing any vocals. They also connect to the app very quickly and retain connection even in reduced wifi environments. The noise reduction capability is first rate, especially in noisy surroundings such as public places and factories. The result is virtually 100 percent noise cancellation. Listening modes are easily changed by tapping or holding an earbud briefly. The equalizer feature allows for customization of current music type to deliver improved sound based on personal preference. The voice control feature is a welcome addition and is easily set up allowing access to other features when both hands are encumbered. The only concern I have is regarding the coating or finish of the product. The earbuds used are white, and could possibly look aged more quickly if not properly maintained. Overall, this is an outstanding product, sure to provide years of listening pleasure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!! What a great product Received the quietcomfort earbuds 2 weeks ago. These have been the best earbuds that I have ever owned. I used to use Apple AirPods which these don’t even compare. Comfort is a lot better and doesn’t hurt my ears after a hour of use. Noise cancellation is good with quality and providing a HD experience. However, I still can hear my surroundings slightly for safety which is something I value. At first, the earbuds took sometime to figure out to pause when I took off the earbuds but that improved after a couple uses. I wish that it was easier to take the earbuds off and play something on my phone speaker without needing to place the earbuds in the case to disconnect the Bluetooth temporarily. For example: if I want to play a short video to a friend, I wish I could just take off the earbuds and place in my hand temporarily versus needing to place them in the case to disconnect. If I don’t place in the case, it will still play through the earbuds. I also cannot believe the battery life. After 2 weeks, I am still at 100% and I use it on and off throughout the day. Very impressive!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top quality product! These earbuds produce full, rich sound across a wide spectrum of music types. The sound quality was tested using contemporary, recent, country, classical, instrumental, easy listening, rock, soft rock, and acoustic music types just to name a few. The results were extremely impressive and produced absolutely stellar sound quality. The bass and treble are perfectly balanced to produce optimum playback. The background vocals and instrumentation are enhanced and do not get lost behind lead vocals. This makes it possible to hear portions if songs that were not heard before because they were overridden by lead vocals and instrumentation. Percussion audio is crisp and does not sound muffled. The earbuds give the impression of being exposed to live music as close as possible without actually being there. The equalizer feature allows for improved playback especially when listening to audio books and podcasts. Noise reduction is stellar and results in nearly absolute quiet even in the most noisy environments such as in factories, in public places, or near vehicle engines. The magnetic case holds the earbuds securely in place and ensures proper contact for charging. Battery life with a full charge is increased from previous versions. 3 sizes of earpieces are included. These allow for a secure fit to virtually any ear size, and the comfort level has increased from previous versions. The earbuds connect to to the app very quickly and seamlessly, and stay connected even while away from any wifi Hotspot. This product is pleasing in appearance, easy to maintain, and durable. I have some concern regarding the finish material, especially the white color. There is a chance that they will show signs of wear or scuff marks somewhat more quickly. This chance is obviously reduced with a darker color, but the finish, while appealing, may not hold up as well over time. Overall, this is a top quality product and will provide outstanding performance regardless of type of music, audio book, or podcast being enjoyed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best earbuds I ever had! WOW! Amother truly outstanding product. The comfort, fit, and connection time are first rate. The earbuds connect almost immediately and have quite a long battery life. These earbuds are unbelievingly even more comfortable than the QuietComfortUltra ones that I own. I listen to a wide variety of music, and have been able to hear certain new elements such as background vocals and instruments in songs I have heard dozens of times. There are instances where it seems I am hearing a song for the first time. Perfect balance in audio as the lead vocals do not "drown out" or harshly overshadow background. Percussion is crisp and does not have a garbled or jumbled sound heard from low quality earbuds. The noise canceling is second to none. I work in a factory and love the ease of switching between aware and quiet modes. The graphic equalizer feature in the app is long overdue and functions very well. This is useful while listening to audiobooks and podcasts.. Love the strength of the case magnetic catch, similar to first generation sport earbuds. Top quality product I recommend highly. Well done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Earbuds I’ve Ever Had I’ve been wearing these nearly every day for two weeks and absolutely love these. I work in an office and listen to music to help me focus, but typically my ears start to hurt while wearing earbuds/headphones after three hours. With these, I can wear them 3+ hours without ear pain because it does not feel like I’m wearing earbuds! The sound is amazing too, and especially as I work in an office, listening to music with aware mode on means I don’t have to pause my music when someone needs to talk to me. The only con is the case charging; it charges the earbuds every time you put them back in the case. So, I need to charge the case itself every other day due to the frequent time I put the earbuds back in the case for meetings. BUT the case charges quick, so it’s not a huge inconvenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient, easy, and great for everyday use! I'm absolutely in love with the sleek design of these earbuds. They aren't too bulky and are a nice secure fit. The design of the case makes cleaning super easy and doesn't require a tool. As a student, the multipoint feature has been a game-changer, allowing me to seamlessly switch between my phone and laptop during classes. Also, being able to easily switch between the customizable noise-canceling options(quiet, aware, and off) with just a light tap, have made me feel safer and more focused in various settings, whether I'm exercising, commuting, or studying. I also often get overstimulated by loud noises and have found the noise cancellation to be amazing. I sometimes just wear these to help drown out background noise when I'm feeling overwhelmed or need to focus. These earbuds are also extremely comfortable, lightweight and have excellent audio quality. The intuitive controls make these earbuds user friendly yet super customizable. My parents who aren't too tech savvy have also tried these earbuds and found the controls and navigations in the app and earbuds to be super easy and user friendly! These were truly made with a great user experience in mind and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big sound from a small, comfortable ear bud I’ve been using these earbuds for the past month, and I’ll say that I’ve been incredibly impressed. Audio separation, clarity, bass, and comfort are all top notch. I’m hearing small details I haven’t heard before with my other headphones, and they’re reaching a low hz that my AirPod Max’s can’t touch. This is emphasized further with the bass boosted via the app, which gives you 5 bands to finely adjust audio settings to your taste. You can also set up voice recognition - which works surprisingly well - customize the touch controls, and much more. Aware mode is great for having conversions, and allowing me to be completely aware of my surroundings while running. People on the other end of phone calls hear me well, even when I’m walking outside on a busy street. Noise canceling is also impressive, especially when you figure out the right combination of earbud & backing sizes. Speaking of, having two variables to help find the perfect fit is extremely helpful! Overall, I’ve gone to pick these up 10/10 times over my AirPod pros & max, mainly because they’re so easy put in your pocket, but also sound fantastic. Even my partner, who isn’t really picky when it comes to headphones, absolutely loves the sound. The added bonus is that these are the only earbuds she’s ever tried that don’t mess with her earrings, which is probably why she keeps stealing them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Everyday Use Earbuds! What a great product! I have owned multiple Bose Earbuds, including the QuietComfort Earbuds II and QuietComfort Ultra. The new QuietComfort Earbuds (2nd Gen) are just fantastic. This might sound odd, but they feel so light on the ears that I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. Bose products always have the best sound, but I am truly impressed with the audio quality of this product. I love that it comes with an adjustable EQ on the QCE app. I listen to a lot of music, but I have also been using these earbuds to listen to podcasts and watch live TV on my phone. They are incredibly easy to connect and use. I am pleased that they come with voice commands, and I am looking forward to testing this feature more in the next few days. Additionally, these earbuds are water and sweat resistant, making them perfect for my workouts. Although I miss the Immersion feature, the Quiet and Aware modes work flawlessly. The Quiet mode is especially effective in my chatty workroom of about 40 colleagues. I often keep the earbuds on even when I’m not listening to anything, just for the noise-canceling feature, and they do not bother me at all. I use different-sized ear tips for each ear, and they fit well on my oddly-sized ears. The battery life is relentless; it just lasts forever. I think I have only charged them twice so far because of how long the battery lasts. These earbuds, at their given price point, are perfect for everyday use but still pack the punch of high-quality earbuds in terms of sound, performance, noise cancellation, and comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly Noise Cancelling Earbuds I recently got my hands on an early release of the sleek designed Bose Noise Canceling Earbuds in the stunning White Smoke color, and I have to say, they are truly impressive. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Pros: 1. Comfortable Fit: These earbuds are incredibly comfortable. I’ve worn them for extended periods during work, while traveling, and even at the gym. They stay in place perfectly, and I can barely feel them, even after hours of use. 2. Beautiful Design: The White Smoke color is sleek and modern. It gives a premium feel that sets these apart from other earbuds I’ve used. It's subtle but sharp—exactly the vibe I like. 3. Amazing Noise Canceling: The noise cancellation is on another level. I took these on a plane, and they completely blocked out the engine noise, making for a much more peaceful travel experience. Even when doing yard work or in a noisy gym, I could stay fully immersed in whatever I was listening to. 4. All-Day Wear: Thanks to their comfort, I had no problem wearing these all day long. Whether I was working at my desk or moving around the house, I never felt the need to take them out for a break. 5. Quick to Charge: A huge bonus is how quickly they charge. You don’t need to wait long to get a good battery boost, which is perfect for those of us who are always on the go. 6. Feature-Packed App: The Bose app is intuitive and comes packed with useful features like customizable EQ settings and different noise-canceling modes. It adds a lot to the user experience, allowing you to tailor the sound exactly how you want it. 7. Easy Pairing: Pairing these earbuds with my phone was a breeze. Within seconds, they were connected and ready to go without any annoying connectivity issues. 8. Stable Fit for Active Use: I’ve used these for various activities, from gym sessions to yard work, and they stay in my ears without any issues. Even when moving around or sweating, they remain secure and never feel like they’re going to fall out. Cons: 1. Single Earbud Volume: One minor downside is that when using a single earbud, the volume could be a bit louder. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something that could be improved for those who like using just one earbud at times when making phone calls. 2. Case Feels Thin: The case, while sleek, does feel a little thin and plasticky. It’s not the most premium feeling case out there, but on the plus side, it requires less frequent charging compared to other noise-canceling earbud cases. Conclusion: Overall, these Bose Noise Canceling Earbuds are an excellent set, especially for those who value comfort, sound quality, and top-tier noise cancellation. With the ability to wear them all day, whether traveling or working out, and the ease of use, they’ve quickly become my go-to for daily listening. The minor drawbacks like the single earbud volume and the case’s build quality are far outweighed by the pros, making this an outstanding product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and great sound. Super easy review because these are probably the best earbuds that I've ever used. They feel super light and I an wear them all day at work around the office and my ears don't get tired. They also have an aware feature that actually allows me to hear everything going on around me too. The sound quality is as amazing as you'd expect from Bose, and these are cool because you can customize the sound settings a lot through the app. Finally, they look amazing and have a nice finish, and the battery life is great. I've gone a few days on a single charge. One thing is the case doesn't easily fit in my pockets, so I have to put them in my bookbag or gym bag, but I'm hoping to get a case soon with a hook or carabiner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing fit When I returned full time back to the office for work I found it difficult to hold conference calls in my cubicle with all the back ground noise. My Bose quiet comfort headphones are noise canceling, but I needed a boost so in May 2024 I purchased the Bose quit comfort ulta earbuds. I love them they cancel out all background noise and fit good. I only found one problem… battery life. I found myself relying so much on them at work I needed another pair. When I saw the new design and affordable price point I was sold. Had to have them and I’m glad I did!!! I absolutely love the new Bose quit comfort earbuds. They are not my back up pair they are actually my main pair and the comfort ulta earbuds are my back up pair. I can’t get over how comfortable the new quit comfort earbuds are. I wear them the full charge of 8.5 hours a day. The fit makes the sound quality and noise canceling amazing. The case is well done with 2.5 in extra charges. From voice control or tap control these buds are so user friendly. If one happens to fall out the sound immediately stops alerting you.Don’t get me wrong that’s earbuds are great for the office, but they are definitely not all about business!! Music sounds the most amazing coming through these earbuds. The bass and sound quality can’t be beat. The case is wire or wireless charging capacities. I really have nothing negative to say at this price point and Bose is a name you can trust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible audio experience! WOW! I am absolutely stunned by the latest version earbuds. First, the fit and comfort are much improved. Second, the audio produced is unparalleled, somehow even better than previous versions. Third, I love the magnetic catch in the case, similar to the sport earbuds of several tears ago. Fourth, I submitted feedback regarding a graphic equalizer feature be included in the new app. I was pleasantly surprised to see this when I was notified of the new app availability only yesterday. Fifth, I love the quick connection to my android phone, and don't seem to like connectivity even in "dead zone" wifi spaces. Overall, I cannot imagine how this product can be improved. I look forward to taking a deep five into the bew app features, and I'm extremely grateful to have been chosen to test these earbuds. I would welcome the opportunity to test new products in the future. Well done, and keep up the good work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome earbuds I have had these ear buds about 3 weeks now and they are my favorite already. I have worked out with them, mowed the lawn, done chores around the house and used them to listen to music at work. Other earbuds feel like they are slipping out when I work out and get sweaty, these earbuds are comfortable, have an amazing battery life and the noise canceling means I don’t have to turn the volume up completely making the battery last even longer. My first choice is usually headphones when listening to music but I think I have found my new favorite listening device.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I have been a Bose user for years and love my other quiet comfort earbuds. These earbuds are more comfortable and easier to grasp and put in. The case is smaller and more portable but the case is very slippery and feels cheap compared to the other earbuds case. I think if the case was easier to grasp, add a hole and clip and an addition case to personalize it would make it pretty close to perfect!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic Headset, but needs polishing. I’ve had these headset for a few weeks and they have been great but not perfect. Pros: Great noise cancelling. Arguably the better than many headset I’ve used. Customizable function on noise cancelling through the QCE app. Fantastic sound quality. Durable through the workout and light rain I’ve used it in so far. Great battery life. Great color choices. Apple Lossless Compatibility. Great magnetic retention in case Affordable Con’s: I didn’t know how much it cost. But it just felt cheap. Like it wouldn’t hold up for very long. No Dolby Atmos support. Cheap feeling case material. Cheap feeling earbuds. USB-A to USB-C cord supplied. Clunky UI for volume control. A little background about me, I have been an avid Bose user for more than a decade in both personal and professional life. I’ve used products such as the Bose QC2 and QC3 all the way to Bose Aviation A20 and A30’s. I have personally seen Bose change in the past 20 years. In saying that, I want to say that I’ve used many Bose products over the years and the Bose QC Earbuds is the latest product in this line. The Bose QC Earbuds is a product that I feel could’ve been through more polishing by the engineers. They did a great job engineering sound and noise cancelling but then the tap controls are unrefined. Like not being able to cycle between noise cancelling mode and aware mode. I have to cycle through off to get back to the setting I want. To increase or decrease the sound I have to do a series of taps to get it done which feels so unintuitive it makes me think even the engineers didn’t try to use the feature themselves. The headset overall are great. if you're looking for a more affordable headset that has great sound and fantastic noise cancelling, then look no further. These are hard to beat. But they just feel a little unrefined. These could’ve been amazing, but they’re just great. Now you’re still buying from Bose. Which arguably has the best customer service for any company out there. I’d say they’re worth a try for your money. But if it’s not for you, I know Bose will take care of you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Personalized Comfort: A Review of QCE I recently got a pair of wireless earbuds that come with a dedicated application, and I must say, I am absolutely delighted with my experience so far. The app allows for a high level of personalization, enabling me to configure the earbuds to suit my preferences. One of the standout features is the ability to change the actions of the left and right earbud, adding an extra layer of convenience that I truly appreciate. Additionally, the app provides a clear indication of the battery levels of each earbud. These earbuds have amazing touch controls. Very responsive, making it easy to manage music and calls. However I did run across a little quirk when doing some activities accidentally my hand would touch earbuds which in turn stops music. It would be great if an option is provided that could be enabled/disabled, which would allow one to shut off the touch controls for specific activities. Comfort is another strong point for these earbuds. I have always struggled with earbuds that either don’t stay in place or cause discomfort after prolonged use. To my surprise, these earbuds are incredibly lightweight and comfortable. The rubber piece around the earbud ensures a nice fit and I don't have to worry about them falling out while moving around. I can wear them for extended periods without any discomfort, which is a huge plus. On a positive note, the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature, which really cuts down the background noise, allowing me to listen to music or podcasts with clarity. In summary, these wireless earbuds offers a fantastic blend of comfort and customization, coupled with remarkably well-functioning active noise cancellation. Admittedly, there are a few features touching on call quality and a couple of issues with touch controls that indeed need some time for improvement, but I would go ahead and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable audio solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful sound! earbuds just might not be for me I think the main downside of these for me was the fit. My ears are on the smaller side, so I tend to go for headphones or earbuds that stay on the outside of the canal (like the 1st gen airpods, for example). I used the smallest setting and accessory pieces for the bose sneakpeek earbuds, and even with this change, they were still putting a bit too much pressure on my ear canal and causing some discomfort, and after longer periods, some pain. In terms of sound however, it is, as always, super clear and super rich, so that part was great. And I will say, for earbuds that were uncomfortable, they stayed in my ears very well during a couple of outside runs I used them for.
