When will I receive my order?

For in-stock items, standard delivery takes 3 – 14 business days. Please note that the number of days quoted refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one working day) is required for processing in-stock orders. You can use your order number to track the status of your delivery. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.

How much will delivery cost?

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, there is a charge of $4.99. The shipping charge for express delivery is $24.99. When you make a purchase on, the shipping charge will appear on the Payment options page of the checkout process.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply return it within the 90-day risk-free trial period (115 days for L1 systems, 60 days for aviation headsets and accessories), for a full refund of the purchase price—at our expense. You can also exchange it for up to 90 days (60 days for aviation headsets and accessories). There’s no restocking fee.

You may return this product within 90 days of purchase subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products customised by Bose are fully backed by our standard limited warranty. Please note that any product customisation by any third party voids the Bose limited warranty.
