My headphones will not pair with my Bluetooth® device

If you're having trouble connecting your headphones to your Bluetooth® device, here are some common steps to try:

Make sure the headphones are not charging. The headphones will not pair to a device while charging. Unplug the charging cable and try pairing to your device again

Move your Bluetooth® device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions

On your Bluetooth® device:

Turn Bluetooth® off, and then on again

Delete your Bose® SoundSport® headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device. Pair again

Clear the headphone pairing list:

Power off the headphones

Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared"

Delete your Bose® SoundSport® headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device. Pair again
