Awesome warranty
I bought qc25 more than 4 years ago and now I have some problem with cushion. I call Bose and they offer me a new kit free of charge. Thank You Bose

Love my QC25s
I've had my QC25s for about 3 years now, and only just had to change the cushions for the first time. Not sure why so many folks have had issues with theirs. I take pride in my ownership of all my Bose products (I have several) and so take proper care of them, and as a result have never have any issues. I even do a lot of travelling, and pack and unpack a lot of gear, and they still hold up amazingly.
