Setting operation switches in your headset control module
The switches in the control module of your headset let you customize certain settings. These are useful to tailor the headset for the situations or aircrafts in which you use it.
To set the operation switches:
Remove the batteries (if installed) from the control module to access the operation switches. Then, use a small utensil (i.e. a small flat screwdriver) to adjust the switches.
|RESERVED||This switch has no function. The default setting is A.|
This setting can automatically power on your headset when aircraft power is available. (Available for aircraft-powered models.)
|AIRCRAFT AUDIO||This setting sets the intercom sensitivity.
This setting configures the headset for use with mono or stereo intercoms.
This setting can power off your headset automatically after several minutes or inactivity.
|TAP CONTROL||This setting turns on or off the ability to double-tap an ear to lower noise cancellation in that ear.
