Best gift ever
I love my headphones, got them for my birthday and they are the best gift ever. I use them everyday. The ear pads have started to wear but that is understandable under wear and tear

Great product, poor serviceability
After about 3 years of serious use, my original ear cushions tore off my soundlink headphones. Loving these headphones to death, had to get replacement cushions. It's great that they're available but wow, truly an ordeal to get on.
Wasted about 30min trying to get a single cushion on. The circumference of the cushions were about 2-3mm too small, so you'd just go around in circles chasing the tail ends trying to pull the edges back into the slot.
Great tip that I found online, heat them up with a hairdryer for about 20-25seconds under direct heat to loosen up the rubber (heat in circular motions). I then pulled in various directions to widen the rim. Was able to slip them on with no issues after. Just be careful not to overdo it.
