WOW ThankS!I have been enjoying my headphones for almost two years now, using them almost everyday! Glad i can change the cushion kit. thought i had to buy a new set. You just made a customer for life! Merci Bose from Montreal Canada

Poor quality productI've had Bose headphones for years, and while they weren't always reliable, they were always easy to fix.
I upgraded to QC 25's a few years ago and both ear cups have disintegrated, and when I went to the Bose store to buy replacements they told me they are only available online
I went online and they were out of stock, and they when I tried to place an order Bose wouldn't take it without giving up my email address (what if I didn't want to give it to them - would I not be able to repair my headphones??).
So basically, the headphones are fine but the ear cups are not durable and they are a nuisance to repair.
